These are some of the oldest churches of India. First one is the Church of Our Lady of Ransom (near Kanyakumari), Second is St. Francis Church of Cochin (it also used to house the grave of Vasco da Gama which was later exhumed...though the tomb stone still exists), and the last one is Santa Cruz Basilica of Cochin. These are must visit for architecture, religious and history buffs
